Establishment and implementation of minimum standards for aircraft airport operation

Chapter 1 General

Article 1 in order to improve the standardization of safe level and navigation of the civil aircraft all-weather operation, standardize airport operation standards and the implementation of the program, according to "the people's Republic of Civil Aviation Law" Article 3 formulation of these provisions.

The second article of the regulations applicable to established instrument flight procedure of civil airport for both military and civilian combined to develop the airport civilian aircraft using the airport operating minimums, also applies to air operator of the airport to develop minimum standards for operation of the air operator and the detailed rules for the implementation.

The terms used in this regulation are as follows: third:
